Nida Trust can mentor and support you in your journey. Nida Trust has been running school and teacher training initiatives in the Muslim community since 2005. We have delivered a number of teacher training days, as well as leadership and management courses. Nida Trust has now partnered with EMLC to offer fully accredited National Professional Qualifications in Middle Leadership and Senior Leadership (NPQML and NPQSL).
These courses fully meet government requirements to help you progress in both state and independent schools. They also will include specific Muslim content (for example – the leadership strategies of the Prophet PBUH), to ensure that the courses are relevant and inspiring to all participants.
